29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): Load(s) on powered industrial truck(s) were not stable or safely arranged: a) 101 Venture Way, Secaucus, NJ. Operator of the forklift carrying racks loaded of glass was not stable or safely arranged the load, thereby causing the rack of glass on the forks of the forklift to be come unsafe and breaking the upper right ankle of a temp employee. Violation occurred on or about 06/21/2013.
