29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided. (a)Urbina Construction, Inc. @ 9033 Shenandoah St., Firestone, CO 80520: On and before June 15th, 2013, the exposing employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in framing operations while working on the exterior top plate of a second story single-family home under construction. Employees were not utilizing a fall protective system. Employees were exposed to fall hazard of approximately 18'. Urbina Construction, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 442614, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 28th, 2012 with respect to a workplace located at 1542 Dryland, Loveland, CO 80537.
