29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about July 16, 2013, the employer had not ensured that machine-specific lockout/tagout procedures had been reviewed annually by authorized employees. Specialty Printing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311782106, citation number 1, item number 3b and was affirmed as a final order on January 15, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 4 Thompson Road, East Windsor, Connecticut.
