29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating  at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i):    On or about July 9th, 2013 and times prior thereto, the employer operated electrical equipment with exposed conductors in the following instances:      a.  Main breaker panel for the site did not have a cover       b. The air compressor for the site had exposed conductors on the pressure switch relay   These conditions exposed employees to the hazard of electrical shock.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy:   On or about July 9th, 2013 and times prior thereto, the electrical outlet box that flexible cords were plugged into  located in the open work area of the corrugated building did not have a cover, exposing employees to the hazard of electrical shock.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:   On or about July 9th, 2013 and times prior thereto, employer had in use flexible cords in lieu of permanent wiring of the structure in the storage room and saw areas where overhead lights were powered by extension cords.    This condition exposed employees to the hazards associated with fire.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): Flexible cords and/or cables were run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors:   On or about July 9th, 2013 and times prior thereto, employer had powered an air compressor by running a flexible cord through a hole in the metal corrugated building wall.  This condition exposed employees to the hazard of electrical shock and fire.

29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(ii): Receptacles, cord connectors, and attachment plugs were not constructed so that a receptacle or cord connector would not accept an attachment plug with a different voltage or current rating than that for which the device was intended:   On or about July 9th, 2013 and times prior thereto, employer had modified a 220 volt plug to accept a 110 volt feed.  This configuration exposed employees to the hazards of electrical shock and fire.
