29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures:  a. The employer had electrical equipment along the South wall of the metal corrugated building to include circuit breaker panel, electrical outlet and light switch boxes which were not in enclosures approved for wet locations.  b. The employer had electrical outlet receptacles installed onto a mobile work station outside of the facility. The outlets boxes were not properly enclosed for approved wet locations.
