29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): Flexible cords and cables were run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors: (a) The black flexible cord ran under the wall, which was used to power the Headworks temperature control unit. (b) The white flexible cord used to power the West Valve House heat lamp, went through a hole in the wall. (c) The heat trace device was powered by an orange extension cord, which came through a hole in the wall of the West Valve House. (d) The yellow extension cord, used to power the Chlorine Injection system, was run under the door of the West Valve House.
