29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) On or about September 7, 2022, and at times prior, for an employee with potential exposure to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to Spartan SNB-130 Super Strength Non-Butyl Degreaser (sodium metasilicate, 5-10%, Cas #6834-92-0; potassium hydroxide, 1-5%, Cas #1310-58-3) and 3M HB Quat Disinfectant Cleaner Concentrate 25 (alkyl (68% C12, 32% C14) dimethyl ethylbenzyl ammonium chloride, 13%, Cas #68391-01-5; ethoxylated C12-C15 alcohols, 5-10%, Cas #68131-39-5) in the kitchen and bar area at or near 8555 S. Highway 95 in Mohave Valley, Arizona. (b) On or about September 7, 2022, and at times prior, for an employee with potential exposure to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to 3M HB Quat Disinfectant Cleaner Concentrate 25 (alkyl (68% C12, 32% C14) dimethyl ethylbenzyl ammonium chloride, 13%, Cas #68391-01-5; ethoxylated C12-C15 alcohols, 5-10%, Cas #68131-39-5) and Spartan Step Down (ethanolamine, 5-10%, Cas #141-43-5; sodium hydroxide, 1-5%, Cas #1310-73-2) while engaged in housekeep duties at or near 8555 S. Highway 95 in Mohave Valley, Arizona.
