29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: (a) Roof, new residential construction located at 3885 Thachary Drive, Powder Springs, GA 30127: Employee installing aluminum trim and Hardie Plank Lap Siding on a 6/12 pitched roof at eave heights of approximately 19 feet was not wearing a body harness or connected to the fall protection system provided on the roof. Antonio Romero was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 632558, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/29/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 4465 Redan Court, Smyrna, GA 30080.
