29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system:  a) 1346 Queens Park Dr. Kennesaw: An employee was exposed to a lower level fall hazard of approximately 14 -feet while working from a ladder jack scaffold platform.  The employee was not utilizing a personal fall arrest system.  Antonio Romero was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 975126, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/11/2014 with respect to a workplace located at 800 Stuart Drive, Alpharetta, GA.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:     a) 1346 Queens Park Dr. Kennesaw: An employee was exposed to a lower level fall hazard of approximately 14 -feet while working from a roof, in that; no fall protection was in use.     Antonio Romero was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 917868, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/19/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 3885 Thachary Drive, Powder Springs GA.     Antonio Romero was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 632558, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/29/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 4465 Redan Court, Smyrna, GA.
