The Alan Kunsman Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 312980824, Citation Number 1, Item Number 3 and was affirmed as a Final Order on June 10, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 5060 Rt. 973, Schnecksville, PA. The Alan Kunsman Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1) , which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 314725516, Citation Number 2, Item Number 1 and was affirmed as a Final Order on September 16, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 350 W. 4th Street, Bethlehem, PA.
