The employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by falling/collapsing soil.

On or about August 22, 2017, at an excavation site located at 501 E. 41st in Sand Springs, OK, no protective devices were in place to protect employees working in a trench that was more than 5 feet in depth. The employees were exposed to the hazard of being crushed by falling soil.
