Florence, Wichita, Kansas, employees were operating the 7115 Press Brake with the right side throat area of the press not guarded. Employees exposed to amputation hazards.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s) of the following fabrication machines: At 1522 S. Florence, Wichita, Kansas, employees were operating the following machines without point of operation guarding: a. Hem-Saw (H-100A). The left side of the unused portion of the metal cutting area was not guarded. Employees were exposed to amputation and cut hazards. b. Tube Bending Machines (Eaton Leonard). Employees operating the machine were exposed to caught-in and struck-by hazards as they operate the machine. c. Brobo Saw: The saw was not guarded at the point of operation. Employees were exposed to amputation and cut hazards.
