29 CFR 1910.23(a)(3): Every hatchway and chute floor opening was not guarded:  OCC Screen - C00842:  Workers were exposed to fall hazards down the chutes while removing material from the conveyor and dropping it down the chutes while standing on pallets and other material which makes the guards for the chutes inadequate.  The chutes are guarded to a height of 42-inches above the main platform but by standing on pallets and other material at the workstations, the guards for the chutes were between 32-inches and 36 inches above their work platforms at the five stations for this machine.
