On or about July 23, 2013, on the third floor of building 10, employees using pneumatic nailers to install plywood sheathing did not wear eye protection, exposing themselves to being struck by debris.

On or about July 23, 2013, on the south side of building 8, an employee was standing under a suspended load of drywall from a knuckle boom truck crane, exposing himself to being struck by the load.

The Florida Construction Services, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315361626, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on July 5, 2011.    29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a. On or about July 23, 2013 on the third floor of building 10, employees preforming framing work were not protected from a 22-foot fall hazard by use of fall protection system.    b. On or about July 23, 2013, between buildings 9 and 10, the walk way did not have a guardrail, exposing employees to a 22-foot fall hazard.
