29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. (a) Wilson Brothers, Inc. 916 Columbine St., Denver, CO 80206; On and before July 24, 2013, the exposing employer failed to ensure that two employees of Wilson Brothers, Inc. were protected from fall hazards while performing roofing work on single family two story home in Denver, Colorado. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of greater than 6 feet. Wilson Brothers, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of the same or substantially similar condition of this Occupational Safety and Health Administration Standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 314657941, Citation number 1, Item 2 issued on August 27, 2010, and became Final Order on September 21, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at 1429 Ash Street, Denver, CO 80222.
