29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or before 10/14/2023 the correcting and controlling employer did not ensure that subcontractor employees were protected from fall hazards. The employer did not make provisions to implement frequent and regular inspections. The employer does not visit sites on Saturdays even though subcontractor employees work Saturdays. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to fall hazards.
