(a)Wilson Brothers, Inc. @ 8174 E 51st Ave, Denver, CO 80238:  On and before February 14th, 2014, the employer did not ensure each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six feet or more above a lower level was protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, in that, an employee working on an elevated platform or deck was working without a fall protection system on a two-story residential home under construction. The condition exposed an employee to a fall hazard of approximately 13'6'' feet.
