29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent):   a)  On or about August 7, 2013, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards from the loading dock in the garage area which was 4 feet 7 inches above the ground. 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit":  (a)  On or about August 7, 2013, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that all exit doors were properly marked in the office area in that the sign at the west end needed an arrow to indicate the direction of travel to the exit, and the door at the east end was missing an "Exit" sign.
