(b) On or about 08/15/13 - Building 1, Wax room and storage room, there was an accumulation of wax, equipment, used parts, hoses and other debris on walking and working surfaces.    (c) On or about 08/15/13 - Sawmill area, elevated walk ways are covered with wood debris buildup and various motor spare parts.  Giles and Kendall, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315842476, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/08/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 3470 Maysville Road, Huntsville, AL.
