29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: (a) On or about 11/7/2015 - Plant #3, the surface area around, underneath, up against the wall by, near and right at the outdoor conveyor belt system, along with the surrounding concrete pad surface area, located outside the side rollup door, opposite the side aluminum wall adjacent to the #1 retort of Plant #3 (Oil Department) was covered with flammable cedar oil, cedar dust, shavings and/or chips. Giles & Kendall, Inc. was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 931229, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 02/14/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3470 Maysville Road, Huntsville, AL.
