29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a)1047 Thorndike St Palmer, MA: On or about August 1, 2013, an employee was working from the roof of this structure more than 15 FT above the ground below without being protected from falling off that surface as required by this subpart: Pride Convenience, Inc was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315517185, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 30, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at1053 Thorndike St Palmer, MA.
