29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. a) West side of residential home at 4155 West Cooper Lake Drive, Smyrna, GA- Employees using Pneumatic Hitachi Nail Gun, Model: NV 65AH, were not protected from eye injuries while installing wood siding from a pump jack scaffold. Juan Cruz, was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 705238, Citation #1, Item #1, issued on 12/03/2012 with respect to a work place located at 630 Concord Lake Lane, Smyrna, GA 30080 and became a final order on 12/27/2012.

Juan Pedro Cruz dba Juan Cruz, was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 705238, Citation #1, Item #3, issued on 12/03/2012 with respect to a work place located at 630 Concord Lake Lane, Smyrna, GA 30080 and became a final order on 12/27/2012.
