29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system: (a) On the front side of the residence, an employee was not protected from falling while working from a ladder jack scaffold on a 2-story residence installing siding without the use of a fall protection system. The employee was exposed to a fall of approximately 15-feet, 5-inches to the next lower level. Juan Pedro Cruz was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 933123, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/23/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 4155 West Cooper Lake Drive, Smyrna, GA 30080.
