29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: This violation was observed on August 22, 2013, at a workplace located at 2300 Skyline Drive, Suite 300, Mesquite, Texas; where Bergandi chain link weaver operators were exposed to unguarded sprockets on the main rocket arm. Midwest Air Technologies was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314183773, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/21/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 2300 Skyline Drive, Suite 300, Mesquite, Texas 75149.
