29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a. At the job site, employees installing shingles on a steep roof 5:12 (5 in 12 vertical to horizontal) were exposed to an 18 feet 8 inches and 9 feet 2 inches fall hazard (from eave to ground), in that, the use of fall protection was not enforced, on or about 08/22/2013. Anchor points were not installed and lanyards were not provided for the harnesses.
