29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. (a) On or about August 27, 2013, the employer did not ensure that employees operating forklifts kept a clear view of the path of travel. This exposed employees working on the opposite side of welding curtains to struck-bay hazards.
