Repaired by maintenance at time of inspection.    i)    On or about 8/28/2013, there was an auger in the waste leaf trough on a platform outside of the building that needed guarding in two locations. It was approximately 24" to the nip point from the railing on the platform.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
