29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a)    On or about 6/19/2019, the Balemaster Baler had a faulty interlock on the gate that would allow a person to have their hand in a pinch point while the gate was closing.   b)    On or about 6/19/2019, there was an ingoing nip point hazard on the Can line created by the conveyor belt and pulley near the lever that raises and lowers the elevator with the cans.  c)    On or about 6/19/2019, there was a nip point hazard created by De Palletizer where it lowered the magnetic head onto cans to move them to table.  d)    On or about 6/19/2019, there was a struck by hazard created by shattered glass where bottles would fall off the bottle line.
