29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  On August 29, 2013 at the jobsite located at or near the intersection of N Hull Ave and NW Old Tiffany Springs Rd, at a jobsite the employer called Reserve at Tiffany Woods, in Kansas City, Missouri, employees were exposed to a fall hazard in that they were working on a platform over 6 feet above a lower level without the use of an approved form of fall protection.
