29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not provided with electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body that needed to be protected and for the work being performed: a) On or about 09/05/13, in the production areas, Employer did not provide electrical protective equipment such as, but not limited to: - Rubber Insulating Gloves with Leather Protectors. - Arc-Rated Clothing (minimum arc rating of 4 cal/cm^2): Arc-Rated Long-sleeve Shirt and Pants or Arc-Rated Coverall - Arc-Rated Face Shield or Arc Flash Suit Hood (minimum arc rating 4 cal/cm^2) - Hard Hat Class G or E - Leather work shoes for employees performing voltage testing inside of a 230 volts electrical panel of a wash lane. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
