29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) Jobsite, Marquis Place, Export, PA: On or about 09/05/13 the employer did not provide a training program for employees who are exposed to fall hazards to ensure each employee was able to recognize the hazards and what methods or procedures could be used to minimize these hazards. The lack of training is exhibited by the exposure of employees to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet without any fall protection systems in place.
