29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) Job site, next to 1102 Ohio River Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15202: On or about August 11, 2016, during framing work, the employer did not ensure that employees utilized fall protection systems/devices, where employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14 feet from the upper roof and approximately 7 feet 8 inches from the lower roof.
