29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. a) Blending Room on or about September 11, 2013, there were accumulations of fine dust greater than 1/8 inch in depth from vertical and horizontal ledges, electrical components, side walls, ceiling and on the floor, which exposed employees to fire and deflagration hazards. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
