Production Area - On or about and times prior to June 29, 2017, the written energy control procedures such as, but not limited to M6616 Air Condition #2 ER #4, M6214 Swing Refiner #2 Hydraulic Clean-Up Pump, and M6213 Swing Digester #2 Agitator did not identify the techniques necessary to control the hazardous energy sources, thus exposing employees to a programmatic hazard.
