29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets. A. Firelands Northcoast Construction LLC worksite located on Lakeside Dr., Maumee, Ohio: On or about September 12, 2013, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from head injuries while working below employees installing weatherproofing on the west side of the two story structure. Due to this condition, employees were potentially exposed to impact injuries caused from falling material and/or equipment.
