29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift. A) Firelands Northcoast Construction LLC, on or about February 5, 2019 at the address of 1811 East Perry Street, Port Clinton, OH: The employer did not ensure employees had donned and secured their personal fall arrest systems to a Terex TB60 Aerial Lift. The employees were exposed to fall hazards while installing cement board siding to the exterior wall of the commercial structure at a height of 23 feet to the ground below.
