29 CFR 1926.501(c)(1): When employees were exposed to falling objects, the employer did not did not erect toeboards, screens, canopy structures or barricades to prevent objects from falling from higher levels: a) On or about October 17, 2014 employees on the worksite located at 1230 N. Westwood Ave. were exposed to struck-by hazards when several sheets of plywood fell from the roof of building #6. The plywood was inadequately staged on the three story building.
