29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about September 12, 2013 - 1025 13th St East, Tuscaloosa, AL, employees working at approximately 13 feet above the ground were not provided fall protection while doing layout work. The Phoenix Framing, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 812822 , citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/05/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1025 13th St East, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401.
