ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED  LRA Constructors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard [29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv)], which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314092123, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 22, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at SW Corner of U.S. Highway 19 at Heritage Lane.
