29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a). Tower Section - On or about October 17, 2017, employees were working from the roof of the building's tower section while installing metal roof panels without the use of a fall protection system in place, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard. LRA Constructors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 716942, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 28, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 606 Pointe North Boulevard, Albany, GA 31707.
