Tower Section - On or about October 17, 2017, employees were working from the roof of the building's tower section while installing metal roof panels without the use of a fall protection system in place, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard.    LRA Constructors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 716942, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 28, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 606 Pointe North Boulevard, Albany, GA 31707.
