29 CFR 1910.305(j)(1)(i): Fixtures, lampholders, lamps, rosettes, and receptacles located had live parts normally exposed to employee contact: (a) In a spare office, a Herman Miller workstation had an outlet receptacle that was loose and had fallen into the electrical tray where employees were exposed to live electrical parts.
