29 CFR 1910.305(j)(1)(i): Fixtures, lampholders, lamps, rosettes, and receptacles located had live parts normally exposed to employee contact:  (a)  In a spare office, a Herman Miller workstation had an outlet receptacle that was loose and had fallen into the electrical tray where employees were exposed to live electrical parts.     (b) In the spare office near Ms. Davidshofer's office, in the Herman Miller workstation two electrical outlet receptacles was loose and had fallen into the electrical tray where employees were exposed to live electrical parts.
