29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g) and (h) for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met: This violation was discovered on or about September 16, 2013, when the employer had not developed, implemented, and maintained a written hazard communication program for employees working in the warehouse, who were exposed to propane-fueled forklifts that emitted carbon monoxide into the workplace.
