29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a) On or about October 11, 2013 and times prior, employees were exposed to injuries from falls while working on the roof, (tear off of old roof) in excess of six feet above the lower surface.   Abatement Note:  Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").  Arteaga Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 570198, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on November 19, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 930 N. Murray Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO  80915.  Arteaga Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 615978, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 5, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 2837 Stonington Ct., Littleton, CO  80126.  Arteaga Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 708498, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 6, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 22532 Indora Drive, Aurora, CO  80016.
