29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On or about November 15, 2013, the employer, Arteaga Roofing, LLC, did not ensure employees, who were required to engage in re-roofing operations on a two-story, 6/12 pitched, residential roof, were protected from exposure to fall hazards of approximately 16 feet. Arteaga Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 943281, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 22, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 3692 Garland Street in Wheatridge, CO 80033. Arteaga Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 570198, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on November 19, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 930 N.
