29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system: a) On or about 10/24/13, at a residential house located at 550 Ontario St., Buffalo, NY: Two ladder jack scaffolds were erected on the south side of the house. One employee was on the "pik" of each scaffold and was installing siding on the house. Each employee was exposed to a fall of 11 ft. to the ground. No personal fall arrest system or other fall protection system was utilized. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
