29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders were used for purposes other than the purposes for which they were designed: a) 3481 Ernest Barrett Parkway SW, Marietta, GA; employees were not using the Werner Heavy Duty Type 1 Ladder for the purpose for which it was designed. Employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 8 feet while using the ladder in a closed position to access the Ladder Jack.
