29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: 8221 152nd Street, Omaha, NE 68136 (Job-site): The employer failed to provide training to employees on fall hazards in the workplace and the means to minimize those hazards. Employees were performing residential roofing activities on a residential home. Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation. The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful. The abatement certification sheet is enclosed. Hernandez Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314054677, Citation number 1, Item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on May 26, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 6767 Giles Rd., Papillion, NE 68133.
