Sonic Creations, Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 943547, citation 01, item number 001, issued on October 31,2013, with respect to a workplace at 13-1810 Beargrass Way, Lot 20, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32459. The final order date was November 2, 2013.  29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a. On or about November 21, 2013, on top of a structure, two employees using Hitachi pneumatic air nail guns were not wearing safety glasses, exposing themselves to being hit by nails or flying debris.

Sonic Creations, Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 943547, citation 01, item number 002, issued on October 31, 2013, with respect to a workplace at 13-1810 Beargrass Way, Lot 20, Panama City Beach, Florida 32459. The final order date was November 2, 2013.    29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a. On or about November 21, 2013, on top of a structure, two employees performing framing operations were not protected from an 8.2-foot interior fall hazard by use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or any alternative fall protection.
