On or about January 24, 2014, on the jobsite, the employer did not ensure that scrap wood with protruding nails were removed from walking surfaces and working areas, exposing employees to punctures and cuts.

On or about January 24, 2014, on the west and south sides of the house, employees working beneath employees installing frame work to the house were not wearing hard hats, exposing employees to the hazard of being struck by falling debris.    Sonic Creations Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 908202, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on July 8, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 54 West Shore Place, Panama City Beach, FL  32407.

Sonic Creations Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 949528, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on January 6, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 46 West Shore Place, Lot 34, Panama City Beach, FL  32407.  Sonic Creations Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 943547, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on November 27, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 13-1810 Beargrass Way, Lot 20, Santa Rosa Beach, FL  32459.   Sonic Creations Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 908202, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on July 8, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 54 West Shore Place, Panama City Beach, FL  32407.
