29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On or about November 20, 2013, for three employees exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 20 feet while installing sheeting at the Element Hotel project located at 925 19th Avenue East in West Fargo, North Dakota.
